REFUND POLICY
Overview
Each RELICARK piece is handcrafted or produced in limited quantity.
Due to the artisanal nature of our work, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your case and, if applicable, offer a replacement or partial refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Made-to-order or custom pieces.

Earrings or wearable items for hygiene reasons.

Items damaged due to improper use, care, or storage.
Return Procedure (if approved)
If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions via email.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective upon arrival.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Unclaimed Packages
We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed shipments.
