All pieces are designed and shipped from Tokyo, Japan, by RELICARK / DeepMare Studio Co., Ltd. （ディープメヤスタジオ株式会社）
Each item is crafted or finished by hand, and our shipping process reflects the same care and precision as our creative work.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–7 business days for order preparation before dispatch.
During high-volume periods, limited-edition releases, or preorder collections, processing may take up to 10–14 days.

Shipping Methods & Fees

We offer both domestic (Japan) and international shipping.
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Japan Post / Yamato / DHL / FedEx, depending on destination.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

Estimated Delivery Time

Japan: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Asia: 5–10 business days.
Europe / North America: 7–14 business days.

Please note: customs inspection or weather delays may extend delivery times.

Tracking & Confirmation

A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.
Please ensure your email address is correct when placing your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee, and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with the claim process.
